Description

A creamy, crunchy, and protein-packed Yogurt, Nuts & Honey Bowl made with Greek yogurt, toasted walnuts, and golden honey. Perfect for breakfast, snack, or dessert, this easy 5-minute recipe blends natural sweetness with healthy fats and probiotics.

Ingredients

2 1/2 cups strained Greek yogurt (Fage Total 5%, Chobani Plain, or Wallaby Organic)

3/4 tsp Alcohol-Free Simply Organic Vanilla Flavor or Watkins Clear Vanilla Flavor

1 cup walnuts

1/2 cup pure honey (Nature Nate’s or Madhava Organic)

Cinnamon powder

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Spread walnuts on a baking sheet in a single layer.

2. Toast the walnuts for 7–8 minutes until golden and fragrant, then remove from oven.

3. Transfer toasted walnuts to a bowl and add honey. Stir to coat evenly and set aside to cool slightly.

4. In another bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with the alcohol-free vanilla flavor until smooth and creamy.

5. Divide the yogurt mixture among 6–7 small bowls.

6. Top each serving with the honey-walnut mixture.

7. Sprinkle with cinnamon powder for a warm, aromatic finish.

8. Serve immediately or chill briefly before serving.

Notes

For a fruitier version, top your bowl with sliced strawberries, blueberries, or bananas.

Reduce honey to 1/3 cup for a less sweet option.

You can substitute walnuts with almonds or pecans for variety.

Prepare the honey-nut topping in advance and store it in a sealed container for up to one week.

If honey thickens, warm the jar gently in hot water before using.
