Ingredients
Cold seedless watermelon cut into small cubes, about five hundred grams or eighteen ounces
Freshly squeezed lemon juice or lime juice, sixty milliliters or one quarter cup
Raw agave nectar, forty five milliliters or three tablespoons, optional and adjustable to taste
Coarse sea salt for glass rim garnish
Fresh lemon or lime wedges for garnish
Ice cubes made from filtered water
Instructions
Place the cold diced watermelon into a high speed blender and spread evenly for smooth blending
Add the freshly squeezed lemon juice or lime juice, making sure no seeds are included
Add the raw agave nectar if using to balance the citrus flavor naturally
Blend everything on high speed until completely smooth and vibrant in color
Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness or citrus according to preference
Transfer the blended drink into a pitcher and refrigerate until well chilled
Pour coarse sea salt onto a small plate in an even layer
Rub a lemon or lime wedge around the rim of each serving glass to moisten it lightly
Dip the rim gently into the salt until evenly coated
Fill the prepared glasses with ice cubes
