Ingredients

2 Persian cucumbers

Cream cheese (Simply Organic Alcohol-Free Vanilla Flavor or Organic Valley Cream Cheese)

Turkey deli meat slices (oven-roasted or smoked)


Instructions

1. Wash and dry the cucumbers, then slice them into thin sticks.

2. Lay out a slice of turkey deli meat on a flat surface.

3. Spread a thin layer of cream cheese over the turkey.

4. Place two to three cucumber sticks across the center of the turkey slice.

5. Roll the turkey slice tightly around the cucumber sticks.

6. Place the roll seam-side down and slice in half or into bite-sized pieces.

7. Serve immediately or chill briefly before serving.
