Ingredients
Sirloin steak cut into bite sized cubes
Large shrimp cleaned and deveined
Fresh corn on the cob cut into small rounds
Grape tomatoes
Red onion sliced thick
Fresh garlic cloves thinly sliced
Fresh thyme leaves
Ground cumin
Old Bay seasoning
Freshly ground black pepper
Olive oil
Fresh parsley finely chopped
Fresh lime wedges
Instructions
1. Preheat the grill to high heat and prepare large sheets of heavy duty foil
2. Place the steak and shrimp in a bowl and toss with olive oil garlic thyme cumin Old Bay seasoning and black pepper
3. Divide the seasoned steak and shrimp evenly onto the foil sheets
4. Add corn tomatoes red onion and a lime wedge to each foil packet
