Ingredients
1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs (use sugar free or low-carb brand such as HighKey or Catalina Crunch)
1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
5 ounces sugar free condensed milk (Let’s Do Organic or Keto Brand)
1 cup sugar free chocolate baking chips (Lily’s or ChocZero)
1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly spray an 8 x 8 inch baking pan with non-stick spray.
2. Combine melted butter and graham cracker crumbs in a medium bowl and mix until fully blended.
3. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared baking pan to create a crust. Bake for 8 minutes.
4. Pour sugar free condensed milk evenly over the baked crust.
5. Sprinkle chocolate chips, coconut flakes, and chopped walnuts evenly over the top.
6. Gently press down with your fingers or the back of a spoon so the layers stick together.

8. Cool completely at room temperature, then refrigerate for 20 minutes before cutting into squares.
9. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
Notes
To enhance flavor, lightly toast the walnuts before adding.
Cool bars completely before slicing for clean edges.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week or freeze for up to 2 months.
For variety, substitute walnuts with pecans or almonds, or add a sprinkle of cinnamon for extra warmth.
