Description

Cool, creamy, and naturally sweet, these Sugar Free Frozen Yogurt Pops are the perfect refreshing treat made with just two wholesome ingredients: Greek yogurt and honey. A simple, guilt-free dessert ideal for warm days or anytime you crave something sweet yet healthy.


Ingredients

1 cup plain Greek yogurt (choose 0%, 2%, or whole milk varieties — Fage, Chobani, or Stonyfield Farms work great)

3 tablespoons honey


Instructions

1. In a bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt and honey until smooth and creamy.

2. Pour the mixture evenly into small paper cups or popsicle molds.

3. Insert wooden sticks into the center of each pop.

4. Freeze for 4 to 6 hours, or until completely firm.

5. Remove from molds and enjoy chilled.

Notes

• You can add a few drops of Simply Organic Pure Madagascar Vanilla Extract for extra flavor.

• To create fruit variations, blend in fresh strawberries, blueberries, or mango before freezing.
