This sugar free chocolate avocado mousse is a creamy, low-carb dessert made with ripe avocados, cocoa powder, almond flour, cream, and a touch of natural sweetener. It’s rich in flavor and packed with healthy fats and fiber.
Ingredients
2 ripe avocados
125 ml heavy whipping cream
2 tbsp granulated sweetener of choice (adjust to taste)
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
25 g almond meal or almond flour
1 tsp alcohol-free vanilla flavoring
Instructions
1. Scoop the avocado flesh into a bowl or food processor.
2. Add sweetener, cocoa powder, almond flour, and vanilla.
3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
4. Pour in the heavy cream and continue blending until light and fluffy.
5. Transfer to serving dishes and chill in the fridge for 1 hour before serving.
Notes
