Description
A rich, creamy, and refreshing dessert dip that tastes like blueberry cheesecake but without any added sugar. This sugar free blueberry cheesecake dip is high in protein, low in fat, and ready in under 10 minutes.
Ingredients
16 oz Low Fat Cottage Cheese
1 cup Frozen Blueberries (thawed completely and drained)
1 tsp Lemon Zest
1 tsp Liquid Stevia Extract (or 2½ tbsp Truvia Spoonable)
1 tsp Simply Organic Pure Madagascar Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Natural Butter Flavor (optional)
Instructions
1. Thaw the frozen blueberries completely and drain any excess liquid to prevent a watery dip.
2. Add the cottage cheese, blueberries, lemon zest, stevia or Truvia, vanilla extract, and butter flavor to a blender.
3. Blend on high speed until completely smooth and creamy.
4. Taste and adjust sweetness if desired, adding a few more drops of stevia if needed.
5. Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl, cover, and chill for 15–20 minutes before serving.
6. Serve with fresh fruits or light crackers and enjoy.
Notes
This dip can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Stir before serving if any separation occurs.
Do not freeze, as the texture may become grainy once thawed.
Serve with apple slices, strawberries, or alcohol-free graham-style crackers like Simple Mills, Annie’s Organic, or Back to Nature.
For extra creaminess, add a few tablespoons of unsweetened Greek yogurt or a swirl of blueberry jam before serving.
