Ingredients
Fresh apples, medium size, peeled and cored, about four pounds
Optional filtered water, used only if apples are very dry
Instructions
1. Wash the apples thoroughly under cold running water
2. Peel the apples and remove all cores and seeds
3. Cut the apples into small chunks
4. Place half of the apple pieces into a food processor or blender and blend until smooth
5. Set a nut milk bag inside a tall container and spoon the apple puree into the bag
6. Close the bag securely and gently squeeze to extract the juice into the container
7. Repeat blending and straining with the remaining apple pieces
8. Strain the juice once more through a fine mesh strainer
9. Transfer the juice into a clean glass bottle and refrigerate

This juice is unfiltered beyond basic straining and natural separation may occur
