Ingredients

¾ cup graham cracker crumbs

3 tablespoons butter, melted

¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon

¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg

1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened (Alcohol-Free)

1 ½ cups milk

1 (1-ounce) package cheesecake flavor sugar-free instant pudding mix

2 pints fresh strawberries, sliced


Instructions

1. Gather all ingredients.

2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, cinnamon, and nutmeg until evenly moistened.

3. Press the mixture into an 8-inch pie dish or tart pans and refrigerate while making the filling.

4. Beat softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl on medium speed until smooth.

5. Reduce speed to low and gradually add milk, mixing until well combined and slightly thickened.

6. Scrape the sides of the bowl as needed, then beat in the sugar-free cheesecake pudding mix until thick and creamy.

7. Spoon half of the cream cheese filling over the chilled crust and spread evenly.

8. Top with half of the sliced strawberries, then repeat with remaining filling and strawberries.

9. Chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour until the filling is set.

10. Serve chilled and enjoy a light, creamy dessert with fresh strawberry flavor.
