Description
Strawberry Cheesecake Protein Oats is a creamy, high-protein breakfast made with oats, yogurt, strawberries, and protein powder. It’s quick, nutritious, and perfect for meal prep mornings.
Ingredients
½ cup old-fashioned oats (40 g)
1 tbsp ground flax seeds (7 g)
½ container Oikos Triple Zero Strawberry Greek Yogurt (75 g)
½ cup unsweetened almond milk (120 ml)
¼ cup chopped strawberries (42 g)
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (31 g)
Pinch salt
Crushed graham crackers and extra strawberries for topping
Instructions
1. In a jar or container, combine oats, flax seeds, protein powder, yogurt, almond milk, strawberries, and salt.
2. Stir until the mixture is well combined and creamy.
3. Cover the container and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
4. Before serving, stir the oats again.
5. Top with crushed graham crackers and extra sliced strawberries.
6. Enjoy cold or warm briefly in the microwave for 30–45 seconds.
Notes
For extra creaminess, add a spoonful of Greek yogurt or cottage cheese made with vegetarian rennet from Cabot or Tillamook.
You can substitute strawberries with blueberries or peaches for a flavor twist.

Store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days in airtight containers or jars.
