Instructions

Transfer fried catfish to a paper towel lined plate to drain

Combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, honey, lemon juice, pickle juice, Worcestershire sauce, Cajun seasoning, parsley, paprika, and garlic in a bowl

Mix the sauce until smooth and well blended
