Ingredients
3 scoops Tillamook Old-Fashioned Vanilla Ice Cream
1 snickerdoodle cookie, plus extra for garnish (Annie’s Organic Snickerdoodle Cookies or Back to Nature Snickerdoodle Creme Cookies)
½ cup Fairlife Whole Milk
½ teaspoon Simply Organic Ground Cinnamon
Cinnamon sugar, for rimming glass
Instructions
1. Dip the rim of the glass in water, then coat with cinnamon sugar.
2. In a blender, combine ice cream, snickerdoodle cookie, milk, and cinnamon. Blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Pour into a chilled glass and top with whipped cream, cookie crumbs, or a sprinkle of cinnamon.
