Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup olive oil
4 cloves garlic minced
Juice and zest of 2 lemons
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Lemon slices optional for serving
Instructions
Whisk olive oil garlic lemon juice lemon zest oregano thyme salt and pepper until blended.
Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker and pour the mixture evenly over them.
Cook on low for 6 to 7 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours until the chicken becomes tender.
