Description

Ingredients

Two large thick celery stalks washed and cut into small pieces about 1600 grams

Half a fresh ripe pineapple peeled cored and chopped about two cups or 395 grams

One small knob of fresh ginger peeled about 15 grams


Instructions

1. Wash and prepare all produce by cutting it into pieces that fit your juicer or blender

2. Add the celery pieces into the juicer slowly to release the juice smoothly

3. Follow with the pineapple chunks and then the fresh ginger

4. Collect the juice in the container until full then transfer it to a large pitcher

5. Continue juicing until all ingredients are processed

6. Stir the juice gently to combine all flavors evenly

7. Serve immediately or chill and pour over ice before drinking
