Ingredients
One pound medium or large shrimp, thawed and deveined
Extra virgin olive oil for drizzling
Kosher salt to taste
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Half cup basil pesto plus extra for serving
Three fresh lemons cut in half
Eight wooden or metal skewers
