Description

Creamy Peanut Butter and Jam Overnight Oats made with rolled oats, almond milk, chia seeds, peanut butter, and fruity jam.


Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1/2 tablespoon maple syrup

2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter

1 tablespoon jelly or preserves


Instructions

1. Combine oats almond milk chia seeds maple syrup and peanut butter in a glass container and stir until smooth.

2. Cover and refrigerate for at least two hours or overnight.

3. Add extra milk in the morning if needed.

4. Swirl in jelly and enjoy cold.

Notes

Use rolled oats for the best texture.

Add berries or cinnamon for extra flavor.

Adjust consistency with more almond milk if desired.
