Ingredients
1 pound ground beef 85 percent lean
1 large egg
1/2 cup Upper Crust Enterprises Authentic Japanese Panko Bread Crumbs
1/4 cup milk any kind
2 teaspoons Crystal Worcestershire Sauce
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
6 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon Crystal Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Mix the panko bread crumbs milk egg Crystal Worcestershire Sauce Italian seasoning salt garlic powder and black pepper then let the mixture sit a few minutes so it thickens.
Add the ground beef and fold gently until combined without overmixing.
Divide the mixture evenly into eight cups of a muffin tin and press lightly.
Bake for about fifteen minutes.
Prepare the glaze by mixing ketchup brown sugar Crystal Worcestershire Sauce chili powder garlic powder and black pepper.
Remove the tin and blot the tops with a paper towel to absorb excess grease.
Spoon glaze over each portion.
Return to the oven and bake ten to fifteen minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
