Description

Low carb sugar free strawberry parfait cups are a refreshing layered dessert made with sugar free jello, whipped cream, and fresh strawberries. Perfect for breakfast, snack, or a light dessert.


Ingredients

1 package strawberry sugar free jello (0.7 oz)

1/2 cup sugar free whipped cream

1/2 cup chopped fresh strawberries


Instructions

1. Prepare the jello according to the package instructions and divide in half.

2. Pour half of the prepared jello evenly into 4 jars or dessert cups and place in the fridge to set. For a diagonal effect, tilt the glasses while refrigerating.

3. Whisk the remaining half of the jello with the sugar free whipped cream until smooth and set aside.

4. Once the base layer is set, dice the strawberries and place them over the jello layer.

5. Top with the jello whipped cream mixture and refrigerate until ready to serve.

6. Enjoy chilled.

Notes

Best served chilled within 1 to 2 days for optimal freshness.

You can substitute strawberries with raspberries or blueberries for variety.

Do not freeze as the texture of the jello and whipped cream will separate.
