These Keto Chocolate Covered Strawberries are dipped in sugar-free milk and white chocolate, creating a decadent yet low-carb dessert perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
16 whole strawberries, rinsed and dried
1 cup keto milk chocolate chips
1 cup keto white chocolate chips
Sugar free sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Place milk chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl and heat in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until fully melted.
3. Hold each strawberry by the stem and dip it into the melted milk chocolate. Let excess drip off and place on the prepared sheet. Repeat for half the strawberries.
4. Repeat the same melting process with the white chocolate chips, then dip the remaining strawberries.
5. Add sugar free sprinkles to the white chocolate-covered strawberries while still wet.
6. Use the leftover white chocolate to drizzle over the milk chocolate-covered strawberries for decoration.
7. Let all strawberries rest until the chocolate has set, then serve.
Notes
Make sure strawberries are fully dry before dipping to help chocolate adhere properly.
Chill for 10–15 minutes to speed up chocolate setting.
Best served fresh, but can be refrigerated for up to 2 days.
