Ingredients
1 and 1 half pounds ground beef 20 percent fat
1 teaspoon Kosher salt
One fourth teaspoon ground black pepper
One half tablespoon Crystal Worcestershire Sauce
1 tablespoon Kikkoman Traditionally Brewed Soy Sauce with tamarind
Vegetable oil for brushing grill grates
4 brioche burger buns from St Pierre Brioche Buns La Boulangerie Classic Brioche or Brioche Gourmet Buns
4 slices Tillamook Swiss Cheese or Cabot Creamery Swiss Cheese
4 fresh or canned pineapple slices
4 red onion slices
4 tomato slices
