Description

Soft, chewy snickerdoodles coated with creamy white chocolate. Perfect for dessert, gifting, or enjoying with coffee.

Ingredients

1 cup butter, softened

1 1/2 cups sugar

2 large eggs

1 tsp Simply Organic Pure Madagascar Vanilla Extract

2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour

2 tsp cream of tartar

1 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

3 tbsp sugar (for rolling)

1 tbsp cinnamon

White chocolate melting wafers

Instructions

1. Mix flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt together. Set aside.

2. Cream sugar and butter until light and fluffy, then add eggs and vanilla extract and blend well.

3. Gradually fold dry ingredients into wet ingredients until just combined.

4. Shape dough into 1-inch balls and roll in cinnamon-sugar mixture. Place 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet.

5. Bake at 350°F for 8-10 minutes. Cool on the sheet for 2-3 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack.

6. Melt white chocolate wafers in microwave or on low heat, stirring constantly.

7. Dip each cooled cookie halfway into melted white chocolate. Let set on parchment paper until firm.

Notes

Use a cookie scoop for uniform size.

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.

Freeze baked cookies before dipping for longer storage.

Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on white chocolate for a gourmet touch.
