Unsweetened shredded coconut

Coconut butter
Coconut oil
Monkfruit sweetener in powdered white form

Instructions

4. Blend until the mixture becomes thick, smooth, and fully combined

6. Spoon the coconut mixture into silicone ice cube trays or bar molds
7. Press the mixture firmly to remove air pockets and smooth the surface
8. Place the molds in the freezer briefly to help them firm
9. Transfer the molds to the refrigerator and chill until fully set
10. Heat water gently in a saucepan and place a heatproof bowl over the top
11. Add the dark chocolate buttons to the bowl and stir until melted and smooth
