Description

A naturally sweet and refreshing Fruit-Loaded Smoothie (No Added Sugar) made with strawberries, peaches, banana, and orange-peach-mango juice. Perfect for breakfast, snacks, or post-workout energy.


Ingredients

1 quart strawberries, hulled

2 fresh peaches, peeled, pitted, and sliced

1 banana, broken into chunks

2 cups ice

1 cup orange-peach-mango juice (100% juice, no added sugar)


Instructions

1. Combine strawberries, peaches, and banana in a blender and blend until smooth.

2. Add ice and juice, then blend again until creamy and frosty.

3. Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately.

Notes

Use fully ripe fruit for natural sweetness and flavor.

Add a few Medjool dates or half a banana if extra sweetness is desired.
