Description

Ingredients

Ground beef, one pound

Garlic cloves minced

Extra virgin olive oil

Salt

Dried basil leaves

Hamburger buns such as Nature’s Own White Hamburger Buns, Arnold Country Potato Buns, or Pepperidge Farm Hamburger Buns

Optional toppings such as lettuce, tomato, pickles, grilled onions, or Tillamook Farmstyle Fine Cut Mexican Blend Shredded Cheese

Condiments such as mustard, ketchup, mayo, or Texas Pete Original Hot Sauce, Crystal Hot Sauce, or Sriraja Panich Hot Sauce

3. Shape the mixture into four even patties and press a small indent in the center of each patty

4. Preheat an outdoor grill or indoor grill pan until hot and lightly oil the surface

5. Place the patties on the grill and cook on each side until browned and the internal temperature reaches at least one hundred sixty degrees Fahrenheit

6. Remove the patties and let them rest briefly so the juices redistribute
