Description

A rich, creamy, and low-carb sugar free mocha mousse made with whipped cream, sugar-free chocolate, and brewed coffee. Perfect for chocolate and coffee lovers looking for a guilt-free dessert.

Ingredients

6 ounces sugar free chocolate (such as Lily’s Sweets)

1/2 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled

12 teaspoons coffee extract (alcohol-free)

2 cups heavy whipping cream

Optional: 1/2 teaspoon chocolate-flavored liquid stevia

Sugar-free chocolate chips or shaved chocolate for topping (optional)

Instructions

1. Whip the heavy whipping cream in a stand mixer or with a hand mixer until stiff peaks form. Set aside.

2. Melt the sugar-free chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals or on the stovetop over low heat.

3. Stir in the brewed coffee and coffee extract into the melted chocolate and mix until smooth.

4. Gently fold the chocolate-coffee mixture into the whipped cream, or use a mixer on low speed until fully combined.

5. Taste and adjust sweetness by adding stevia or other natural sweetener if desired.

6. Spoon or pipe the mousse into serving dishes or jars.

7. Top with chocolate chips or shavings if using.

8. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow mousse to set and thicken.

Notes

For a stronger coffee flavor, use espresso instead of brewed coffee.

To adjust texture, chill longer or add a little more whipped cream for a lighter result.

Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Not recommended for freezing.
