Ingredients
20 large marshmallows
12 oz (2 cups) semi sweet chocolate chips
3 tbsp red sprinkles
3 tbsp white sprinkles
3 tbsp blue sprinkles
1 sleeve graham crackers (about 120 g or 4 oz)
1/2 cup (115 g) unsalted butter
Instructions
• Preheat oven to 450°F and lightly grease a 9×9 inch baking dish with butter, coating the bottom and sides evenly
• Pour chocolate chips into the baking dish and spread into a smooth, even layer
• Place red, white, and blue sprinkles into three separate small bowls
• Insert a toothpick into each marshmallow, dip briefly into water, then roll in sprinkles until coated
• Prepare 5 blue marshmallows, 7 red marshmallows, and 8 white marshmallows, then place them on a lined tray
• Cut each marshmallow in half using kitchen scissors, wiping between colors for clean cuts
• Arrange marshmallows cut side down over the chocolate layer in a neat pattern
• Bake for 5 to 7 minutes until marshmallows are golden and chocolate is fully melted
• Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and serve warm with graham crackers or fruit for dipping
