½ cup fine dry bread crumbs (alcohol free options like 4C Plain or Jeff Nathan Creations)
Burger buns from alcohol free brands such as Dave’s Killer Bread Burger Buns, Arnold Whole Grains Buns, or Nature’s Own Butter Buns

Instructions
1. Preheat an outdoor grill to high heat and lightly oil the grate.

3. Add the ground beef and alcohol free bread crumbs, mixing gently by hand or with a fork until combined.
4. Shape the mixture into four patties about three quarter inch thick and keep the centers slightly indented.
5. Chill patties for several minutes to help them hold their shape on the grill.
6. Place patties on the hot grill, close the lid, and cook six to eight minutes per side until the center reaches at least one hundred sixty degrees Fahrenheit.
7. Remove from the grill and let the patties rest briefly before assembling.
8. Serve on alcohol free burger buns with your choice of toppings or cheese.
Notes
Use eighty fifteen or eighty five fifteen ground beef for balanced juiciness.
Avoid pressing the patties during grilling to keep natural juices inside.
Check temperature with an instant read thermometer for best results.
If adding cheese, choose varieties made with vegetarian friendly rennet such as Tillamook or Cabot.
If using hot sauce, select alcohol free options like Crystal Hot Sauce, Texas Pete Original Hot Sauce, or Sriraja Panich Hot Sauce.
