Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to three hundred fifty degrees Fahrenheit and grease and flour an eight inch square baking pan
2. Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat then remove from heat
3. Stir in the sugar until combined then mix in the eggs until smooth
4. Add the vanilla flavor and cocoa powder and stir well
5. Fold in the flour, salt, and baking powder until just combined
6. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan
7. Bake until the top looks set and the edges pull slightly from the sides
8. Allow the brownies to cool slightly in the pan
9. In a bowl mix softened butter, cocoa powder, honey, vanilla flavor, and confectioners sugar until smooth
10. Spread the frosting over the warm brownies and let cool completely before slicing
