Description

Cucumber Water is a clean, refreshing infused drink made with fresh cucumber, mint, and cold water. It is light in flavor, easy to prepare, and ideal for daily hydration. This recipe can be enjoyed plain or enhanced with an electrolyte blend for added minerals without sweetness. Perfect for keeping in the refrigerator, cucumber water offers a crisp taste that encourages drinking more water throughout the day.

Ingredients

Cold filtered water eight cups

Fresh cucumber half large sliced thin about one hundred fifty grams

Fresh mint sprigs one to two gently rinsed

Electrolyte powder one to two packets LMNT Citrus optional

Ice cubes one to two cups as needed

Instructions

1. Pour cold filtered water into a large pitcher or infusion jar

2. Add thinly sliced cucumber evenly into the water

3. Gently press mint sprigs between fingers and add to the pitcher

4. Stir in electrolyte powder if using until fully dissolved

5. Add ice to chill the water thoroughly

6. Serve immediately or refrigerate to infuse flavor

7. Garnish glasses with fresh mint if desired

Notes

This cucumber water is naturally free of calories when prepared without electrolyte powder

Using LMNT Citrus adds minerals without sugar or caffeine

One packet added to the full pitcher provides sodium potassium and magnesium in balanced amounts

Flavor intensifies the longer it sits in the refrigerator

Remove cucumber and mint after one day if storing longer to keep taste fresh

Store covered in the refrigerator for up to three days
