Notes

Work in small batches to keep the clusters firm while coating them in chocolate

A deep bowl makes dipping easier and helps coat the clusters evenly

Fresh strawberries work best as frozen fruit can release excess moisture

Thicker yogurt helps the clusters hold their shape and freeze well

For a sweeter taste lightly sweeten the yogurt mixture before freezing

Store finished clusters in an airtight container in the refrigerator for the best texture
