Description

Ingredients

Organic carrots, thoroughly washed, trimmed, and cut into juicer friendly pieces, about 2 pounds or 900 grams

Fresh organic oranges, fully peeled with most of the white pith removed, about 8 whole oranges

Fresh lemon juice for brightness, optional, about 1 tablespoon

Fresh ginger, finely grated, optional, about 1 teaspoon

Cold filtered water for thinning if desired, up to 1 cup


Instructions

1. Wash the carrots thoroughly under running water and scrub away any dirt

2. Trim the ends of the carrots and cut them into pieces that fit easily into the juicer chute

3. Peel the oranges and remove excess white pith to prevent bitterness

4. Set up the juicer with a large glass or pitcher underneath

5. Feed the carrot pieces slowly through the juicer

6. Add the orange segments gradually, alternating with carrots if possible

7. Add fresh ginger near the end if using

8. Stir the juice gently to combine the flavors evenly

9. Taste the juice and add lemon juice or a small amount of water if needed

10. Pour into glasses and serve immediately for best freshness
