Ingredients
Seven fresh oranges, peeled and halved
Four large carrots, washed, trimmed, and roughly chopped
One piece fresh ginger root about two and a half inches long, skin scraped
Cold filtered water as needed for blending
Instructions
1. Wash the carrots thoroughly and trim off both ends before chopping into pieces that fit easily into your blender or juicer
2. Rinse the oranges, cut them in half, and remove any visible seeds to avoid bitterness
3. Scrape the skin from the ginger using a spoon and cut it into smaller pieces
4. Add the carrots, oranges, and ginger into a juicer and process until all juice is extracted
5. If using a blender, blend all ingredients until completely smooth, adding a small amount of cold water if needed
6. Place a fine mesh sieve or nut milk bag over a bowl and strain the blended mixture in batches
7. Gently press or squeeze to extract as much liquid as possible while keeping the juice smooth
8. Stir the juice well, pour into glasses, and serve immediately or chill briefly before serving
