Description

This Carrot Mango Juice is a smooth and refreshing homemade drink made with ripe mango, fresh carrot juice, and a touch of lime. It delivers natural sweetness, vibrant color, and a clean flavor that works perfectly as a daily wellness drink or a cooling refreshment.

Ingredients

Ripe mango flesh, peeled and cubed, twelve ounces or about two packed cups

Fresh carrot juice, four fluid ounces made from eight to ten ounces raw carrots

Freshly squeezed lime juice, one tablespoon

Granulated sugar, one tablespoon optional and adjustable

Cold filtered water, one and a half cups

Instructions

1. Peel the mangoes and cut them into small cubes for easier blending

2. Add the mango cubes to a blender along with half of the water

3. Blend until completely smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides if needed

4. Add the remaining water and blend briefly to combine

5. Place a fine mesh sieve over a large bowl and pour in the blended mango mixture

6. Use a spoon to gently press and stir until the liquid passes through

7. Repeat until all the mango mixture is strained and transfer the liquid to a pitcher

8. Pour in the fresh carrot juice and lime juice

9. Add sugar if using and stir well until fully dissolved

10. Mix thoroughly and pour into serving glasses

11. Serve immediately or add ice for a chilled version

Notes

This juice tastes best when freshly prepared and enjoyed the same day

Natural separation may occur during storage, so shake well before serving

Very ripe mangoes provide the best sweetness and smooth texture

If a juicer is unavailable, carrots can be blended with water and strained thoroughly

Adjust water for a thicker or lighter consistency based on preference
