Description

Carrot Celery Juice is a fresh, vibrant drink made with carrots, celery, apple, lemon, and ginger. This naturally refreshing juice delivers a balanced blend of earthy sweetness and crisp flavor. It is easy to prepare at home using a juicer or blender and works well as a light morning drink or an afternoon refresher.

Ingredients

Fresh carrots, scrubbed and trimmed, about 350 g or 12 oz

Crisp celery stalks with leaves, about 300 g or 10.5 oz

One medium apple, cored and sliced, about 180 g or 6.3 oz

One whole lemon, peeled and sliced, about 60 g or 2 oz

Fresh ginger root, peeled, about 15 g or 0.5 oz

Instructions

1. Wash all produce thoroughly under cool running water and gently pat dry

2. Cut the carrots into pieces that fit easily into the juicer feeding tube

3. Chop the celery into shorter sections while keeping the leaves intact

4. Slice the apple into wedges and remove the core and seeds

5. Peel the lemon carefully and cut it into smaller segments

6. Slice the ginger thinly to help release its juices

7. Juice the ingredients by alternating between firm and soft items

8. Stir the juice gently to combine the flavors evenly

9. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately for the freshest taste

10. For the blender method, blend all ingredients with filtered water and strain through a nut milk bag

Notes

This juice tastes best when consumed fresh, but it can be stored if needed

Use a tightly sealed glass container to preserve flavor and freshness

Refrigerate leftover juice and consume within two days

Shake gently before drinking if separation occurs

Leftover pulp can be used in crackers, veggie patties, or baked snacks

Adjust the ginger amount based on preferred intensity

Add cucumber or spinach for a lighter flavor variation
