Ingredients
Organic carrots washed trimmed and cut to fit the juicer about one hundred eighty grams or six point three ounces
Granny Smith apple cored and quartered about one hundred sixty grams or five point six ounces
Navel orange peeled and quartered about one hundred forty grams or four point nine ounces
Optional filtered water only if needed for blending style juicers
Instructions
1. Wash all produce thoroughly under cool running water
2. Scrub the carrots and trim the ends then cut into juicer friendly pieces
3. Core and quarter the apple keeping the skin on for flavor
4. Peel the orange fully and remove excess white pith then quarter it
5. Assemble the juicer according to the manufacturer directions
6. Turn on the juicer and allow it to reach full speed
7. Feed carrots slowly into the chute followed by apple and orange pieces
8. Alternate ingredients to improve extraction and smooth texture
9. Pour the juice into a glass and stir gently if separation occurs
10. Serve immediately or transfer to a sealed glass container and refrigerate
