Cajun seasoning

Kosher salt

Freshly ground black pepper

Fresh lemon juice

Fresh parsley chopped

Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and add chopped onion and bell peppers until softened and fragrant

Stir in garlic and corn and cook briefly until aromatic then transfer vegetables to a bowl

Add remaining olive oil to the skillet and place shrimp in a single layer

Season shrimp with Cajun seasoning salt and black pepper and cook until pink and opaque

Gently toss everything together until warmed through

Remove from heat and finish with chopped parsley before serving

Notes
