Description
Creamy Biscoff Overnight Oats made with gluten free oats, chia seeds, vanilla protein, almond milk, Biscoff spread, and a crunchy cookie topping. A simple make ahead breakfast with warm cookie butter flavor.
Ingredients
1/2 cup certified gluten free oats
1 tsp chia seeds
1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder (Orgain Organic Vanilla Protein or Naked Vanilla Pea Protein)
1/2 cup almond milk
1/4 cup Lotus Biscoff spread
1 Lotus Biscoff cookie
Instructions
1. Add oats, chia seeds, protein powder, and almond milk to a bowl or mason jar and stir well.
2. Melt the Biscoff spread until smooth and pour it over the oat mixture or mix it in.
3. Crumble the Biscoff cookie over the top.
4. Refrigerate at least 1 hour or overnight for best texture.
5. Stir in a splash of almond milk in the morning if needed and enjoy.
Notes
Use alcohol free vanilla flavor such as Alcohol Free Simply Organic Vanilla or Watkins Clear Vanilla Flavor for smooth taste.
Add fruit or nuts for extra texture.
Save the cookie topping for morning if you prefer a crisp bite.
