Ingredients

1 lb lean ground beef

8 flour or corn tortillas

2 cups Siete Red Enchilada Sauce

1 cup Tillamook Farmstyle Fine Cut Mexican Blend Shredded Cheese

1 medium onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp cumin

1 tsp chili powder
