Ingredients

One pound raw shrimp peeled and deveined

One cup all purpose flour

Two large eggs

Two cups panko breadcrumbs

Two tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

One teaspoon garlic powder

Kosher salt to taste

Freshly ground black pepper to taste

Four tablespoons mayonnaise

Four tablespoons sweet chili sauce

Two tablespoons alcohol free sriracha or hot sauce

Juice of two fresh limes

Two teaspoons honey

Freshly chopped cilantro for garnish


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven and prepare a large baking sheet with parchment paper

2. Mix panko breadcrumbs with olive oil garlic powder salt and pepper until evenly coated

3. Whisk the eggs in a shallow bowl until smooth

4. Place flour in a separate bowl and lightly season

5. Pat shrimp dry then coat each shrimp in flour egg and breadcrumb mixture

6. Arrange shrimp in a single layer on the baking sheet

7. Bake until shrimp are golden crispy and cooked through

8. Whisk mayonnaise sweet chili sauce sriracha lime juice honey and salt in a bowl

9. Drizzle sauce over shrimp or serve on the side

10. Garnish with freshly chopped cilantro and serve immediately

Notes

Use medium to large shrimp for the best texture and presentation

Drying the shrimp before coating helps the breading stick properly

Do not overcrowd the baking sheet to ensure even crisping
