Description

Creamy Banana Cream Pie Overnight Oats made with a graham crust layer ripe banana oats chia seeds and smooth alcohol free vanilla yogurt for an easy make ahead breakfast.


Ingredients

For the crust:

¼ cup graham cracker crumbs

2 tablespoons milk

For the banana oats:

½ large ripe banana mashed

½ cup milk

½ tablespoon maple syrup

2 tablespoons alcohol free vanilla Greek yogurt such as Chobani Zero Sugar Vanilla or Oikos Pro Vanilla

1 teaspoon alcohol free vanilla flavor such as Alcohol Free Simply Organic Vanilla or Watkins Clear Vanilla Flavor

⅓ cup oats quick minute or rolled

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 tablespoon vanilla protein powder such as Orgain Vanilla Protein or Naked Nutrition Vanilla Pea Protein

For the creamy topping:

2 tablespoons alcohol free vanilla Greek yogurt such as Chobani Zero Sugar Vanilla or Oikos Pro Vanilla

Optional toppings:

Sliced bananas

Crushed graham crackers


Instructions

1. Stir graham cracker crumbs and milk in a jar until just moist then press into the bottom to form the crust.

2. Mash the banana in a bowl then add milk maple syrup vanilla Greek yogurt and alcohol free vanilla flavor and whisk until smooth.

3. Add oats chia seeds and vanilla protein powder and mix well.

4. Pour the oat mixture over the crust layer without stirring.

5. Cover and refrigerate for at least three hours or preferably overnight.

6. Top with vanilla Greek yogurt before serving then add sliced bananas or crushed graham crackers if desired.

Notes

Use a ripe banana for maximum sweetness.

Protein powder is optional and does not change the texture if omitted.

Adjust milk for thinner or thicker oats depending on preference.

Add fresh banana slices right before serving to prevent browning.

Stir in a splash of milk before eating if the oats thicken too much during storage.
