Ingredients

½ apple, grated

30g rolled oats

½ tsp ground cinnamon

½ tsp alcohol-free vanilla flavor (Simply Organic Alcohol-Free Vanilla Flavor or Watkins Clear Vanilla Flavor)

1 cup low-fat yogurt (Chobani Non-Fat Greek Yogurt or Stonyfield Organic Yogurt)

75ml low-fat milk (Horizon Organic Low-Fat Milk or Organic Valley Low-Fat Milk)

20g chopped almonds


Instructions

1. In a medium bowl, combine rolled oats, cinnamon, vanilla flavor, yogurt, and milk. Mix until smooth.

2. Grate half an apple directly into the mixture and stir to combine.

3. Cover the bowl with wrap or foil and refrigerate overnight.

4. In the morning, stir well, then top with chopped almonds before serving.

Notes

You can adjust the texture by adding more or less milk depending on your preference.
