Ingredients
Fresh celery stalks about three ounces trimmed and rinsed
Green apples about ten ounces crisp and tart cored and chopped
Red apples about fifteen ounces sweet and aromatic cored and chopped
Fresh lemon juice one tablespoon
Granulated sugar up to one tablespoon optional
Fresh spearmint leaves six whole leaves
Ice cubes about two cups
Instructions
1. Rinse all fruits and vegetables thoroughly under cold running water and drain well
2. Core the green and red apples and cut them into medium chunks suitable for juicing
3. Juice the apple pieces until all juice is extracted then strain through a fine mesh strainer for a smoother texture
4. Juice the celery stalks and measure the required amount of celery juice
5. Combine apple juice celery juice lemon juice and sugar if using in a large pitcher and stir until fully blended
6. Lightly bruise the mint leaves and add them to the juice mixture
7. Fill serving glasses with ice cubes and pour the juice evenly over the ice
8. Garnish with mint leaves and serve immediately for best freshness

Natural separation may occur and is completely normal so stir before drinking
