Ingredients
Medjool dates with seeds removed and softened if needed
Pure almond butter made from roasted almonds only
LSA mix made from ground linseed, sunflower seeds, and almonds
Ground cinnamon for warmth and flavor
Unsweetened cocoa powder or cacao powder
Unsweetened shredded coconut for texture
Instructions
Check all dates and make sure the seeds are fully removed
If the dates are firm, soak them briefly in warm water and drain well
Place the dates into a food processor and pulse until broken down
Add the almond butter and blend until combined with the dates
Add the LSA mix, cinnamon, and cocoa powder and pulse until evenly mixed
Add the shredded coconut and blend until a crumbly but moldable texture forms
Test the mixture by pressing it between your fingers and adjust if needed
Scoop small portions and roll them gently between your palms
