Description
Crispy zucchini chips made in the air fryer using simple ingredients for a light and flavorful snack.
Ingredients
3 cups zucchini sliced thin
Nonstick oil spray
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
2 teaspoons seasoned salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
1. Slice the zucchini into thin rounds with a mandoline or sharp knife.
2. Place slices in a bowl and toss with apple cider vinegar.
3. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with nonstick oil spray.
4. Arrange zucchini slices in the basket with slight overlap.
5. Air fry at 370 degrees for 4 to 5 minutes then flip and cook 4 to 5 minutes more.
6. Sprinkle with seasoned salt and garlic powder.
7. Serve immediately for best crispiness.
Notes
Check the chips around the 3 minute and 6 minute marks to avoid burning.
Different air fryer models cook at different speeds so monitor the first batch closely.
If edges begin browning the chips are ready to remove.
Allow chips to cool slightly to enhance crispiness.
