Ingredients

Plain rolled oats one full cup using old fashioned oats for the best chewy texture

Natural crunchy peanut butter half a cup made only from peanuts and salt and well stirred

Medjool dates twelve medium pieces fully pitted and soft for natural sweetness and binding


Instructions

1. Soften the peanut butter in a microwave safe bowl until smooth and easy to stir then set aside
