1 box raspberry flavored gelatin (3 oz)

2 cups hot water

1 jar raspberry preserves (10 oz)

1 tub Cool Whip, thawed (8 oz)

1 bag shredded coconut (7 oz)


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven and prepare cake mix as directed on the box using a 9×13-inch baking dish.

2. Bake the cake and let it cool for 30 minutes.

3. Use the handle of a wooden spoon or a meat fork to poke holes evenly across the cake.

4. Mix raspberry gelatin with 2 cups hot water until fully dissolved.

5. Slowly pour the gelatin mixture over the cake, filling all the holes.
