Description

This No Bake Orange Creamsicle Cheesecake Recipe is a creamy, citrusy dream dessert made with a graham cracker crust, orange-infused cheesecake filling, and topped with whipped cream and mandarins. A refreshing no-bake treat that’s perfect for warm days or anytime you crave something cool and sweet.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

2 cups graham cracker crumbs

1/2 cup butter, melted

For the Filling:

16 oz cream cheese, room temperature (2 block packages)

1 cup plus 2 tbsp of granulated sugar

1 cup mandarin oranges in light syrup, drained

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup whipped cream (already whipped)


Instructions

1. Grease a 9-inch springform pan thoroughly.

2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and mix until fully coated.

3. Press the crust mixture firmly into the bottom and sides of the pan.

4. Refrigerate the crust for 45–60 minutes.

5. In the meantime, beat cream cheese and sugar together until smooth.

6. Add vanilla and mandarin oranges to the cream cheese mixture, then blend again.

7. Gently fold in the whipped cream using a spatula.

8. Pour the filling over the chilled crust and smooth the top with a spatula.

9. Freeze for at least 4 hours.

10. Before serving, move cheesecake to refrigerator for 30 minutes.

11. Decorate with extra whipped cream and remaining orange slices.

Notes

Tip: If you don’t have a springform pan, line a standard cake pan with parchment or foil that hangs over the edges so you can lift out the cheesecake easily.

Optional: Add orange zest to the whipped cream for extra citrus flavor.

Storage: Keep frozen and store leftovers in the freezer for up to 2 months.
