Description
This Millionaire Pie recipe is a no-bake Southern classic made with pineapple, maraschino cherries, coconut, pecans, and whipped topping in a graham cracker crust. A cool, creamy dessert perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
20 oz canned crushed pineapple, drained very well
14 oz sweetened condensed milk
¾ cup sweetened coconut flakes
¾ cup chopped maraschino cherries, patted dry
½ cup chopped pecans
¼ cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
2 tbsp maraschino cherry juice
8 oz whipped topping, divided
1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, combine drained pineapple, sweetened condensed milk, coconut flakes, chopped cherries, chopped pecans, lemon juice, and cherry juice. Mix well.
2. Fold in half of the whipped topping gently to keep it light.
3. Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust. It will be full, so spread it evenly.
4. Cover the pie and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
5. Before serving, top with the remaining whipped topping if desired. Slice and enjoy!

Make sure the fruit is drained thoroughly to avoid a runny pie.
Toasted pecans add extra depth and flavor.
