Description

This banana caramel nut cheesecake blends creamy banana-infused filling, crunchy roasted peanuts, and rich caramel sauce on a graham cracker crust. Perfect for celebrations or cozy indulgence.

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted

1/4 cup sugar

3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened

3/4 cup sugar

3 large eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 ripe bananas, mashed

1/2 cup roasted peanuts, chopped

3/4 cup caramel sauce

Sliced bananas, caramel sauce, and whole peanuts for garnish

Instructions

1. Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 1/4 cup sugar. Press mixture into a 9-inch springform pan and chill.

2. Beat cream cheese with 3/4 cup sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time. Mix in vanilla and mashed bananas.

3. Pour filling over crust. Sprinkle chopped peanuts on top. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 50 minutes until set.

4. Cool the cheesecake completely at room temperature. Then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

5. Drizzle caramel sauce over the top. Garnish with banana slices and whole peanuts before serving.

Notes

Serve chilled for best texture.

Refrigerate leftovers and consume within 3 days.

Add a banana slice layer between crust and filling for more banana flavor.

Substitute low-fat cream cheese for a lighter option.
